No communication

No communication from management at all. They say they’re going to fix something then just go MIA. Bathroom leaks, and mold. Roaches everywhere.

Great location but...

Cons: Old building, always plumbing problems, no air, pricey parking, pricey laundry, stubborn ownership.

Pros: location, pool (although it is freezing), management on site, and safe building (almost too safe, makes having visitors difficult)
