The apartments itself are nice. Unfortunately, the management company has been evicting tenants that have lived here for 3 years to renovated and hike up the rent even if your apartment was "semi-renovated" in the past 3 years. They send out notices in batches so they can do several apts at once. They give you the option to couch surf for a month while you reapply for the apartment you were living. Yes credit check and all even if you've faithfully paid your rent, to transferring to another... unit, yet still having to do a credit and background check even though you've been living here, or move out. From having your water turned off numerous times, to notices of work being sent out the night before regarding work, the elevator always breaking down, to the managements lack of customer service to their tenants is Dissappointing! Wish we had the old managers! Ryan and Courtney are completely clueless

Sutton Place
Sutton Place Apartment is located in the heart of Hollywood just north of the world famous Sunset Blvd.
Within walking distance of Graumann's Chinese Theater on Hollywood Blvd. The full service amenities such as the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, full workout facility, and laundry units on each floor make Sutton Place Apartments the idea living experience for the young adventurous heart.

A great place to live
I've lived in Sutton Place for 18 years now, along with several others that have been here for that period of time. It's a testament to the building, the people, the management, and the location. Sutton Place is located on Fuller avenue, which ends going north at Runyon Canyon. It's perfectly situated there, as well as a block from Hollywood boulevard, and a block from Sunset boulevard. The apartments, singles and one bedrooms, are spacious with a competitive price - the best part is that you... actually see where the money goes. The staff is friendly, fair, and on top of any issue that arises. Repairs are done quickly by a great duo of maintenance guys. It's a clean, beautiful building, particularly the roof - a better view than anyone could ask for - the hills to north, downtown to the east, to the south is mid city rise, and to the west you have the hills and the ocean. Can't beat the sunset. And the people are incredible, being a real community who supports and takes care of each other. It really feels like home.
