Unless you’re desperate for housing I wouldn’t rent here. Rent is dirt cheap in comparison to most places in LA but there’s no kitchen or ac. The bar next to the building will also keep you up all night because there’s zero noise insulation in the building.

Waste of money and not worth it. The management was not helpful, won’t work with you and just want your money and it wasn’t livable. I had to stay somewhere else because the heat was too much and you can’t have A/C. My window wouldn’t even open. The lock on my door was broken and not fixed for a week.

The property is very beat up and run down. Lots of strange odors throughout the building, poorly painted walls, stained flooring, creaky steps. Lots of noisey unfriendly neighbors and management is very unhelpful and unprofessional. There is also no parking and no AC. So expect to cook during the summer and to get a ton of parking tickets.
