Roaches, in need of serious repair, all driers broken for 3 months.
What a waste of rent this place has been. The building is old and littered with garbage. Supposedly had washers and driers on site but ALL FIVE DRIERS have been broken for the last three months. Roaches infest the hallways and stairwell, and both elevators have been out for various periods lasting 1-2 weeks at a time. Landlord hasn't dealt with laundry situation.

Great location with great management
Easy and convenient location between Larchmont and Koreatown. Building is very large, but well taken care of with on-site management. Each apartment seems to be renovated with new floors and kitchen cabinets/countertops as people move out so it will continue to improve.
