Has the potential to be great. If you face the West than you probably have one of the best views in DTLA. However, being located near Pershing Square Metro, the moment you walk outside its a whole different story! Its very dirty, and filled with people high on some crazy drugs., more thatn the average area in DTLA. The building itself lacks up keep. Elevators are always down. Staircases and hallways are filled with urine, trash, and cigarette buds, which tells you more about how filthy your... neighbors are. Once your in your loft/apartment (one facing west) it's a beautiful place. High ceilings, cute little kitchen. Only wish they would change the floor colors, they match that awful red on the side of the building! With that said, if things change than so will the prices. So be careful what you wish for.
