We have loved living at San Fernando lofts. We renewed our lease for another year, and like living within walking distance of a lot of places downtown. The staff are great, and we feel safe with the 24 hour security in the building. Maintenance is really on top of things, and we love living in a Loft apt.

I think Octavio and staff have added improvement since last building owners and leasing Mgmt, especially the elevators. I do wish we had access to enter side gate for shopping..

Broken down building.
1 elevator out of 3 working, but not always. Be happy if u don't need to walk up and down 8 stories. Garbage shoot not working- garbage left on floor, next to laundry room. The front door sometimes works. Can't buzz people in. Have to go down to get them. Filthy Windows. No heat. No a/c. No water pressure. Look elsewhere
