Roaches crawled into our apartment from the dirty building carpet and would literally try and crawl into our fridge. GROSS!

I didn't realize how unsafe or how negligent the management is. I asked about things concerning safety or just a matter of things that I thought were here such as a keypad on the door, which i wasn't aware of not working. or the broken lock by the dumpster where bums sleep and harass you.. I accidentally locked myself out one night with only my phone and manager didn't answer for 45mins all while i was cat called outside at 130 in the morning.. (ordered a pizza and door fell closed) I have... honestly in 5 years never even seen a cock roach in LA until now... my tiles are coming up on everywhere, and there is an odd smell i can't seem to figure out. All seemed very different when I came to look at it. I was told the floor would be replaced before I moved in.. it hasn't. the problems are endless. :( My bachelor apt was much nicer and my manager and neighbors were SO awesome.
