DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE
If you are a peace lover like I am, do not move here. This apartment is located on 3rd and Lafayette which is an extremely busy and bustling area. The noise will be unbearable, especially if your apartment faces north. You WILL hear sirens, cars driving by, engines guzzling, among many other atrocities 24/7. I thankfully adapted to this after many months of psychological deconditioning but it was hell living here at first, operating on no sleep due to the noise..
This apt is located far from... the epicenter of Ktown, I wouldn’t even call it Ktown. It is bordering Ktown and Westlake and has some not so nice areas surrounding it.
Whoever designed the one way alleyway meant for two ways was lacking in logic. If you are exiting/entering the alley to get inside the garage, sometimes you will be met by someone coming in the opposite way, and you will be forced to back up. Annoying.
There are much nicer places (around the same price range) if you drive around the heart of Ktown.

Nice location and view.
The 2 bedrooms are large and spacious. And it's gated. Manager is pretty nice. And near all the good stuff.
