My experience with the Park La Brea experience office was extremely disappointing. I went in with a simple question regarding the return of a gate remote deposit and was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful behavior. Instead of trying to clarify the situation or assist me, the representative immediately treated me as if I was being dishonest and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable.

As a resident, I expected basic professionalism and respectful communication, especially when... asking about a charge and return policy. It felt like I was constantly being given the runaround rather than receiving a clear explanation or direction to the correct department. Don’t expect much. Frequent repair issues like broken elevators and plumbing problems, limited parking spaces, and daily blaring car alarms (driving people crazy). Even when repairs are requested, the apartment management responds very passively.

Beautiful landscaping, friendly Neighbors, lots of dogs, low crime, what else can you ask for in Los Angeles? Sometimes slow on maintenance, but do a great job overall.

Location wise- no question about it. Cleanliness - poorly managed. Appliances that come with it- old and dirty. When I moved to the other building for a bigger one, they charged me for the old oven whose screws came off. Had reported it to them before but they didn’t do anything. I seldom cook at home and had barely used the oven. Then they sent me the bill $500+ for those old screws. They never get the job done and yet they make you pay for it.

Used to be well kept up but not anymore! Also got broken into once.
