Been here for going on two months. So far it’s just OK, here is my personal experience:
Strange thing about this place is the parking gate. To get in, you have to pull up like two inches from it to get it to work, and sometimes it never reads your card. You have to bend all the way over and wave it as far as possible on your dash. I’ve seen multiple people having issues and frustrated by it while entering and have talked to people about how it sucks, but the leasing office gaslights me into... saying it’s not an issue for anyone at all.
They will tell you to tape your parking card to the top of your windshield, which for a luxury apartment is absolutely ridiculous. People here drives nice cars, or even for any car in general…nobody wants to have to tape a freaking parking card to their windshield (doesn’t even work in your sun visor…you have to literally tape it to the glass). Nothing like coming home from a long day of work and barely being able to enter your building.
The gate has even scratched the front of my car.
When I moved in, there was a couple issues like dried food on the ceiling, my toilet seat was broken, a doorstop was broken off almost causing me to dent a wall, ect.
Last thing is the mandatory $35 a month valet trash. I suppose it’s convenient to have a door to door trash pick up, but you have to leave it outside your door everyday which means 80% of the time that you’re walking through the hallways there is just trash everywhere in front of every door. May not bother you but something to consider.
Overall a fine building but maybe I just got unlucky. Area is pretty great and neighbors are respectful. Layouts are also nice. I’ll probably be moving out when my lease ends and I just got here.
Again, just my experience personally! Maybe your experience will be better or different.
