Easy freeway access and so close to Downtown Culver City you almost can't complain. Until your 5x painted over cabinets wont open and the plastic handles practically crumble as you pull. The windows don't stay open on their own. And you need to caulk holes in the walls to keep critters out. Maintenance responds quick, but it's just another temporary fix. Zero modern convenience. No dishwasher, no A/C, and only one washer/dryer shared for the whole building.
