I lived here from Nov. 2023 - July 2026, and had no major issues. Chris became the building manager about halfway during my time there, and really does all he can to make sure the building stays safe, clean and updated. He got our call box fixed, got new mailboxes installed, put up tenant rights and other posters in the little lobby area, and was able to get an online portal to pay rent (versus us having to pay via check every month). I had to relocate, but enjoyed my time. The only thing I will... say is the walls are a little thin, and we got a lot of impact noise from the neighbors above (don’t know if this is a building problem, or a rude neighbor problem).
