I live in a newly remodeled unit, however I have dealt with a nonstop infestation of roaches. The property manager did not fumigate or thoroughly clean my apartment before I moved in. I know because I have all brand new appliances, but I found several dead roaches in my refrigerator and live ones in my stove. It's so bad, I've kept a running log of all the dates and times and numbers of roaches I've seen in the last four months. At this point it's ridiculous.
