I have dealt with Diego on many occasions and I can with full confidence say he is an incredible manager who always brings professionalism, warmth, and great energy to the space. He’s approachable, outgoing, and makes everyone feel supported, while also going out of his way to make sure everything around the building is operating at the highest level. His leadership really stands out, and it’s clear he takes pride in making the residents, vendors, staff feel welcomed while making the community... the best it can be.

Loving it so far!
Diego is truly the best! Anytime something needs to be fixed in the building, he responds quickly, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right the first time. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and respectful which makes such a difference when he’s working in your home. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the residents.
We’re lucky to have him here, and I’m always impressed by how smooth and stress-free he makes the maintenance... process.
