The worst customer service all around. Very unorganized. Terrible and slow maintenance service. Several times tenants were stuck in the building due to a power outage which wouldn't allow for the garage gates to open, maintenance took hours to allow people to move there cars and leave. They towed cars that weren't parked correctly due to the garage gate being broken. They overcharged me my first month here on the rent. They make it difficult to transfer to another building. They recently opened... another building in the area and told me they had no availability even though i knew for a fact they did after receiving a tour of it from another agent. They gave me and roommate the wrong code to enter our rooms and apartment. Maintenance has left our personal room doors unlocked and open before without our consent. My roommate was locked out her room for nearly a whole day because they didn't know the correct code to give her. There's no manager on site ever at this building. They took days to fix something in my apartment. Cleaning isn't offered weekly like advertised on website (1-2x a month). The maintenance guy was very rude and complained about having to do his job. The cleaning products and toilet paper provided is poor quality. I had paid for parking and wasn't assigned a spot for weeks, and was terrified they would tow me. There's basically no street parking and i was paying for a spot i hadn't even been assigned to yet. The wifi didn't work in our apartment and they basically didn't fix it until months later. We had to sign onto another apartments wifi. Several packages delivered to tenants in the lobby were stolen and though they had video footage of the tenant who was stealing packages did it they did nothing about it and didn't bother to put some safety net in (lockers, mail room). my contract says i have parking, i was assigned a spot, was charged $300 BUT after 2 wks. "management" threatened to tow my car, since they didnt have documentation (awful communication), forcing me to park on the street and i still haven't got my money back for parking I couldn't use! On top of it I paid 3 months in advance and they're trying to hit my bank acct. After the 1st month saying I owe them! NO ONE will respond to my emails or call me! nobody answers. The process takes a lot because the emails answer them every 24 hours. And when they answer them they do not respond to what is requested. The customer service are rude and they hang the call; they do not help you solve the questions and the process.
