I am moving out due to circumstance, not because of this building, which has been wonderful to me. My studio has felt larger than a normal studio, the views are so great, and it's vintage in a charming way. I've seen other "1920s" buildings in LA where the window faces a wall and they are small and cramped. When I walked into this apartment the sun was shining through. Sam is a great building owner. I also like that there are 2 parking lots in the building for a fee. A lot of places don't offer... parking and then say their tenants use Uber, and they can't even point you to the nearest lot, which I think is a necessity if you live in Koreatown and want to own/keep your car.
