Do not rent here.
Do not rent from this place. This building used to be fantastic and I absolutely loved it, however ever since the departure of the on-site resident manager last year, it's been falling apart. Global Integrity Realty are horrific to deal with. We currently deal with cockroach infestations, issues over misplaced rent checks, security issues, maintenance repairs that are never followed through on, units without heating, and no on-site resident manager. Corporate dividends are the only thing that... GIR care about. Not the tenants.
