Building is superficially ok but is so run down and poorly maintained. Horrible management, takes forever to get anything done, mostly unresponsive and when they do try to fix they use the cheapest route causing the same issues to repeat. Cockroaches, leaks, constant sewer back ups, loud pipes that disrupt any peace at all hours, all they care about is getting rent. ER maintenance doesn't respond until 24-48 hrs later. Not to mention homeless always spleeping by the trash can. Worst apartment... ever!!!
