Our family lived here for less than a year—but we were so sad to leave! The property is definitely a bit dated, but it has been kept up well (including updated finishings in the kitchen) and the amenities (pool, hot tub) are great and well loved by many residents. We enjoyed the townhouse style layout of the 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
But the thing that really sets this place apart is the management. Positive reviews about the management are what convinced us to move here to begin with, and it... was the best decision we could have made. We cannot say enough good things about Lucia and Doug who are so kind and responsive. They really make this place feel like a community; they know all the residents’ names and really do go out of their way to work with you on everything from maintenance issues to packages, etc. For example, they were so supportive and understanding of working around the fact that we had a newborn baby when we had some maintenance issues in the apartment. I’ve never lived somewhere where I actually enjoyed interacting with the management!

Fantastic Management
So far so good, I'm extremely excited to make my way out of my parents house for the second time. Finding a place was NOT easy but from my experience on my in person tour and through email and phone communications with the leasing office I'm happy to say I found a perfect 1 bed apartment for myself. The application process was super smooth!

4 Year Residents - A Fantastic Place to Live
My wife and I moved back to LA from Santa Fe, NM in 2022 and we chose to live in CentrePointe after a friend toured it for us - so we arrived to an apartment unit we had never actually seen before. We ended up having an amazing experience during our four years here and are honestly sad to leave (leaving because we have purchased a home, otherwise we'd have no reason to leave). The staff are friendly, communicative, and always available -- they run a tight ship with work orders being answered... extremely quickly, and always happy to lend a hand with packages and deliveries or other issues that come up. The hot tub / pool / gym all within a minute walk from your apartment is amazing, along with the open yet protected garden pathways of the property -- it feels much nicer than a lot of new, comparable apartment complexes that are built "hotel style", all within one tall building. Palms is of course a great neighborhood with Culver so closeby and tons of offerings on Overland and Venice in the area. Would highly recommend CentrePointe on all fronts!

3 Year Resident - Top Quality Property Management
Lived here for 3 years, and only moved away to room with a friend of mine (to end up saving 33% on rent) and to be closer to my work.
The management here was top notch and the property was clean and well-maintained. I never had any issue with management or other residents and never had any issues with rodents or insects across the entire apartment complex.
Lucia (property manager) and Doug (property owner) are the superheroes of this property and were always available, well-informed on the... comings and goings of the apartment complex, and went out of their way to help everyone.
My biggest takeaways are the proactive/available maintenance crew, the proximity to downtown Culver City, the central location to all of West LA (10 - 20 mins from Century City, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Westwood, Mar Vista, Sawtelle and Santa Monica), the on-site gym, and the massive underground garage and Amazon Locker setup.
This place is hard to top and Im really gonna miss living here.

5 Year Residents - Sad to Leave
I lived at CentrePointe from 2020 until Fall 2025 and only moved because we needed a three-bedroom apartment. My husband and I would have loved to stay—our five years there were truly great.
The management team is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They’re incredibly accessible by phone, email, or in person, and the office being open seven days a week was a huge plus.
The maintenance team is also top-notch—quick to respond and often able to resolve issues the same day, even... on weekends.
Management is always making improvements to the community, which made CentrePointe a great place to live. It's definitely a place we’ll miss!
