My best friend and I have lived in this unit since July'25, and we love it. We love it so much thanks to being in a unique spot closer to everywhere(transit, shopping mall, many more) and to our manager Laurie. She is very detail-oriented and responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. The complex is always clean thanks to the cleaners' weekly work.

I loved this apartment complex and the property manager Laurie. This is my first time writing a review on apartments.com. Laurie was on top of everything and it was the fastest and smoothest move-in experience for me. This comes from a person who lived both in the SF Bay Area and LA for over 10+ years. A great property manager makes a significant difference. Laurie was so classy with a smile on her face all the time by being sincere and so professional. Anytime you need something, she resolves... it within 24 hours. Honestly, I would’ve stayed there forever but I had to move back to the Bay Area for my career. The landlord is a smart person choosing a person like Laurie. She goes above and beyond. Also, she is not one of those managers who is nice at the beginning and then once you’re locked in, they don’t resolve any maintenance issue or something. We love it so much that we are moving upstairs to a newer unit that was recommend by our wonderful building manager, Laurie. This is just the surface of the amazing things that Laurie has done for us. She is attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that may come up on the daily. We have lived here over 24 years and found this to be a great, safe place to live. The building is always clean, parking area is secure and the manager is so kind and caring! She handles any issues quickly and is always there to lend a helping hand. Our neighbors are helpful and considerate and it is a nice community. It is also so conveniently located by the 10 freeway and Venice Blvd and right around the corner is Vons and nearby restaurants, even Main Street in Culver City is only few... minutes walk away. I loved my time living here and was sad to leave! The building is well maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting.
