I have lived here for five years. The apartments are small and a little old but the management here is excellent. They are very responsive and have a great maintenance team.

Living here has been nothing short of fantastic. The apartment manager has always been incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely willing to listen whenever something came up. Every request or concern was handled quickly and with care, which made my experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find this level of dedication, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort put into making this community such a great place to live.

Recently moved out after 4 years living here - I had a wonderful rime. Management was always accessible, maintenance staff is absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Location is central and convenient. I loved my time here and recommend to anyone.

I've been living at Brighton Villas for a couple years now and one thing i can say is that i'm very satisfied with the both the location that is very strategic.
Talking about the management, they are always on top of every service and provide the best quality. When it comes to price and quality Brighton Villas is the right place to stay.

Finding a place to truly call home was super challenging in this town. But when I found this spot 5 years ago and saw the view by the pool, I knew I found it. It's so close to convenient shopping, but hidden away from the hustle on the main streets. And we all know parking is priceless in LA, so having my own garage spot is bonus.
