I have been living at Belle for over a year now. When it came time to renew my lease, I had zero hesitation. First of all, the people working here are top notch. From management, to maintenance, to environmental services. All are great. As far as management, Brandon has been here since before I got here. He is fantastic. Professional, nice, and really wants to help you resolve any issues you may have. I can always count on him to assist me if I ever have a question or concern. Maintenance..... .where do I begin? Mike is a superstar. He has saved me multiple times and is always so nice about it. When I seriously messed up something with my stove (in a way that only I could do it), he was back in my apartment at around 930 PM fixing it (it was truly an emergency). Environmental services...Maggie and Esteban are fantastic and super nice. They always smile and say hi to me. Maggie always asks me about my mother who visited over Christmas. Both she an Esteban are terrific.

Now, the building itself. My favorite is the hot tub. It has a beautiful fireplace that really makes it feel like a resort. The pool is heated I believe but not warm. It's lovely to alternate between the two. I tend to go to the gym at 3 AM because I'm a night owl and I enjoy working out alone. There are machines, weights, and other equipment to help you complete any workout you are interested in. There is a dog park that I don't use a lot because my dog is ridiculous and can scale a six foot fence. We have used the dog wash which is next to the gym. So much easier than trying to bend over in a tub and hair won't go down your drain. The club house is fun and the building hosts parties in there sometimes. You can also reserve it for your own parties. I occasionally go in there to play pool. I haven't had to really use the business center but it seems nice. I love the rooftop terraces. One is facing DTLA and the other is facing the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. Both are prime spots on Fourth of July for some epic fireworks. I love to go up there at night to look at the lights.

I love my apartment. It is a one bedroom and the perfect size for me and my pets. I have a balcony and I face the back so it's generally quiet (you can sometimes hear a rooster which is pretty cool). All the appliances are brand new and work well. The ceilings are high and the apartments are generally quite lit up by sunlight.

Absolutely in love with the building! The grounds are super clean and all of the amenities here are so good! The apartment finishes are so perfect, whoever designed this place did an amazing job.

I've lived at Belle on Beverly for over a year and it's been an amazing living experience! Good facilities. The team here is warm, attentive, and always makes you feel genuinely welcome.
