I moved into Beaudry nearly a month ago and have had ongoing issues from day one. Hot water takes 8–10 minutes to heat up, which has still not been resolved despite multiple requests. The unit also had broken blinds and a non-functional dishwasher at move-in, which added to the frustration.

TERRIBLE PLACE. My car got break-in since the 8th st entrance was broken and open for days. No monitor of course, no gurad was watching. Upon discovering my car was broken into, I immediately approached the front desk for assistance. Instead of offering any form of help, the first reaction I received was that it was a long time for leaving my car "3 days" insinuating that it was my fault for causing this terrible accident, making me feel blamed rather than supported. After speaking with other... residents, I have figured out this break-in happened SO FREQUENTLY. Yesterday, a tesla got 4 wheel stolen. RIDICULOUS.
