Initially everything was all bells and whistles until the smoke cleared! Yikes… management is terrible, no accountability, response time is agonizing- if they respond at all, maintenance is decent but if you have any concerns outside of maintenance good luck. Some don’t read reviews and look at the shinny pyrite not knowing it’s fools gold and jump right into the fire but hey I lived here, experienced the deplorable conduct, and got out fast! Don’t take my word for it if your hard headed go head... sign that lease… enjoy at your own risk ;)

Poor Communication
I recently moved into Beaudry Apartments and had a very poor move-in experience—no proper greeting, no meaningful orientation, and repeated communication breakdowns from day one. There are also unresolved safety concerns, including unsecured elevators, with no clear timeline or accountability despite multiple requests. I was sent incorrect billing notices that required repeated follow-up to fix, which raises serious concerns about management’s internal processes. Less than 30 days in, I am... choosing to pay a significant lease buyout because the only consistent response has been verbal promises of improvement without actual follow-through.

Disappointing Experience After Move-In
I moved into Beaudry nearly a month ago and have had ongoing issues from day one. Hot water takes 8–10 minutes to heat up, which has still not been resolved despite multiple requests. The unit also had broken blinds and a non-functional dishwasher at move-in, which added to the frustration.
While the building looks high-end, the lack of accountability and follow-through from management has been disappointing. If you’re considering this place, make sure everything works before you move in — and... don’t expect quick responses once you do.

SAVE YOUR MONEY TO OTHER PROPERTY
TERRIBLE PLACE. My car got break-in since the 8th st entrance was broken and open for days. No monitor of course, no gurad was watching. Upon discovering my car was broken into, I immediately approached the front desk for assistance. Instead of offering any form of help, the first reaction I received was that it was a long time for leaving my car "3 days" insinuating that it was my fault for causing this terrible accident, making me feel blamed rather than supported. After speaking with other... residents, I have figured out this break-in happened SO FREQUENTLY. Yesterday, a tesla got 4 wheel stolen. RIDICULOUS. In my email with their team, they just mentioned again and again they are not liable to the garage safety. No support, no compensation, even 1 cent. Never mentioned about the broken open gate. I feel unsafe in this building, disappointed about the team. The last request of mine is to move out, and they ask me 10k+ to move out. I do not know who can help me. I cannot live in this terrible place, but I cannot go because of the terrible 10k+ move-out fee. RIDICULOUS. ||update: Unless my emails back and forth for days, they had offered nothing as a apology. After I put the comment on google. Then they offered me 2k off from the move-out fee, which is 8k in total. That is their way treating residents.
