During the tour, James was all smiles, extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to upsell the property—talking about “quick maintenance,” “responsive management,” and “premium service.” But the second you sign the lease, the entire tone changes. While the building is OK, for the most part. They lack amenities, and there’s frequent drug use by transients in the back by the garage. The apartment itself is livable.

That is until something happens, the property staff will ignore your texts or calls and even if it’s a serious situation will tell you to figure out the issue yourself. It’s always so disappointing when this happens.

I would avoid this place.
