I have lived here for 3 years now and I know the area is not the best but I mean it is Los Angeles after all. For the location and what the manager of the building has to offer the price is not that bad. It comes with parking and elevator and my rent has basically stayed the same as to where I used to live I would have to pay more for rent PLUS an extra $100 for parking. I have to move out next month due to a promotion in work but the manager here has been so helpful and am writing this review... for him. Josh you are the best!

First Time Movers (kinda)
This apartment was my boyfriend’s and my favorite out of the ones we looked at. Near my family, close to many parts of town, and just busy enough for our liking (also bigger than others we checked out..and the others were taken so quickly! We knew we had to apply ASAP.) We absolutely love our new place (what we’ve seen, still remodeling) and we haven’t moved in yet. Just the experience with our leasing manager was amazing and heartfelt enough. We are so lucky and grateful we got accepted here... and can’t wait to move in.
