Love this building and neighborhood! Most people I talk to haven’t heard of the Dell but the minute you check it out you fall in love - it’s a hidden treasure. The building has a great 60s vibe and I use the pool as much as possible. A++!!

Love coming home here.
Friendly neighbors, small quiet building, great AC in our place(AC and off-street parking were key for us!) Love our neighborhood walks, love that we can run to Trader Joe’s/ Target, farmers market etc super easily but still feel removed from the hustle & bustle when we get home to our street.
