Don't Ever Move Here - Old, Poorly Maintained Dump
Within the 3 years my husband and I lived here we dealt with pest infestations, backed up sewage, old plumbing and outdated pipes, moldy carpets, poor ventilation, water damage, leaks, and tenants leaving their trash in the hallway and smoking outside by our balconies. It's poorly designed. There's a courtyard that's periodically flooded by the landscaping team's watering causing hundreds of snails and worms from the soil to crawl all over the buildings hallways and then dry up and die until... someone wipes them up.
