I spoke with this place about renting, I flew out to meet them and viewed the place it's a little older but it was ok. I sent over paperwork and flew back home to pack and move I received a call from the manager screaming at me that I wasn't still in LA to sign the paperwork in person. Like a total freakout kinda scary.
