The building is very well cared for by a responsive and friendly landlord, located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Street parking is almost never an issue and there are so many great things in walking distance or a short drive away--shops, amazing restaurants, and various parks. Any time we have needed something for our apartment, the landlord has responded promptly in addressing any issues. You can tell they care about the property and tenants.
