These are the worst landlords I have ever interacted with. They painted over loose nails, dead flies, and black mold. There has been a leak on basically every ceiling we have for over a year and a half and they refuse to repair it. When the ceiling finally collapsed they came in and patched it and within a few weeks the leak was back. The neighbors throw loud parties that go all night and then key each others cars because they get mad, and we get caught in the crossfire. The landlords do not... care. What they do care about however is that they now decided the roof space they advertised so highly is not allowed to be used. Every apartment came with a patio and they have now decided that you are not allowed to have anything on your roof patio, it just has to be a barren square where you stand around as if you were in a jail recreation yard. They decided to “charge” for the removal of things that they suddenly stole from our yards. We are finally putting in our 30 days notice because the anger at this place has overwhelmed the fear of lack of housing. Of course we will not be getting our deposit back because as we had seen pretty early on there are a bunch of clauses for “repainting fees” and “cleaning fees” and such. I hope they rot.
