This apartment is roach infested! The back elevator never works, the front door isn’t locked all the time and the carpets are never cleaned.

Flooded parking lot, homeless people entry
We usually get flooded parking space and management doesn’t care even if you let them know. Also, there are instances that homeless people enter this building day and night which is very unsafe for tenants. Packages are stolen. Management doesn’t care even if you ask them to install cctvs.

owners only care about collecting rent. Building coming on bearable...need better living conditions.and location would be very helpful as well.
