The grounds are beautifully maintained with palm trees, California Natives and succulents. The smell of sage, rosemary, lavendar and jasmine fill the air and hummingbirds love to frequent. The garden is weekly landscaped and maintained. The bungalow has your own private entrance. The parking is super easy with no street signs or meters so you never have to look for parking like other areas of LA .
