Absolute worst experience I have ever had as a renter. 3 hazardous sewage floods occurred during a 1 year period. (2022-2023) Managment is incompetent. 0 security. Consistent robberies. Homeless consistently getting access to sleep in common areas. Mailboxes broken into regularly. Drugs and crack pipes left in common areas. (I have photos) Managment is not trustworthy. Several water leaks from windows and balconies. I could go on and on. All to say beware of this building and company and if you... do rent get EVERYTHING in writing

Great building manager
We are very pleased with the apartment. It's on the edge of Echo Park, close to lots of trendy restaurants, and has an artsy vibe. The manager of the building is great - she is friendly and responsive to all of our needs!
