Enjoy the granite counters, tile and vinyl plank floors, lower level entry access, and hallway cabinets for extra storage. Each unit is provided with an air conditioner. All units have a refrigerator, oven/range, and microwave. Units have the option of being available furnished with a dinette table, couch, dresser, and twin bed. Additional furniture varies by unit. The property features bike racks, on-site community laundry, a gated entrance, and the option for a parking space. We are family owned and operated and have an on-site manager. The unit is conveniently located within the USC DPS patrol area, across the street from the USC Tram stop, and walking distance to the University Village and campus entrance on Jefferson Blvd. Units are available for virtual or in-person tours.
