Amazing location, super cute apartments. However, since the building was sold a couple years ago, it has gone downhill. Nothing gets fixed- no hot water for months, insect infestation, leaking ceiling's, awful non responsive management etc.
The noise from the apartments (floors 1/2) above is unbearable - hear every step since carpets removed. Do not move in - I lived here 5 years and moved out in late 2023.

Poorly managed apartment complex with lots of issues.
Beware! Since ownership changed the apartment building has rapidly declined in cleanliness and overall quality. Slow to fix anything if at all. For example, our kitchen light went out multiple times and it takes weeks to get any answers from them on expected timelines and solutions. The vendors they hire are terrible and don't fully fix anything. We've now been without a kitchen light for over 2 weeks. We've had issues with their new laundry machines which they increased from $1.75 per each... wash and dry to $4.00 per wash and $3.25 per dryer cycle.
There's constant construction over the last 10 months and multiple unplanned water outages bi-weekly. There's also constant construction that's very disruptive at all hours of the day.
I would strongly suggest staying away from and properties managed by this company.

Poor management and difficult living conditions
This building is in a great location and the rooms are relatively spacious. However, the building has become increasingly difficult to live in due to construction, renovations, and poor property management.
We’ve lived through serious construction in the unit directly above us off and on for the past nine months, even getting so bad as to hear drilling and hammering directly above our bedroom at 7:30 am on a Saturday. Though property management responded and apologized for the early morning... construction, they generally refused to make any concessions and instead raised our rent the maximum amount allowable by law during this period.
Water shut offs are way too frequent (there were six water shutoffs in five weeks in June/July) and there are serious security concerns. Perimeter doors are often propped open due to construction and repairs, and though we’ve reported these concerns, they still occur. Any issues that arise have to be dealt with on our own as property management is slow to respond and generally unhelpful.
I love this area but if I was looking for a new place I would look elsewhere.

No thanks
Frequent break-ins to the garage occur and catalytic converters are stolen from cars. Break-ins to the building are frequent as well. Due to all the construction the water is shut off all day long on a regular basis. Emergency water shut offs are also repeatedly happening. Not worth your time or money, glad I moved out as soon as I could.
