The spacious living room has hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, and is equipped with a 65” Roku TV. There's a DVD player with hundreds of films. Connected to the living-room is a wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for two, and two potted palms (please water them a couple of times a week). A convenient guest bathroom is located in the hallway. The kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All utensils and cooking-ware are included. Central air and heat. There are two tandem parking spaces in the gated underground garage.
