Worst management ever. Uploaded 2 or more maintenance requests and no one ever helped. Ended up having a broken garbage disposal for more than three months, which was until I moved out. They will also use every opportunity to take your money, so just make sure to insist on getting your deposit back and read the lease carefully! Joseph was a nightmare to deal with. It was very difficult to get in contact with him throughout the two years I lived here. Management left important things like the entry system broken and never took serious action against the cockroach issue. I was met with rudeness after acquired about my deposit and they have ignored me since. Find another place to live.

I would give less than one star if I could. We were waiting for this apartment’s manager, Joseph, for three weeks to give us an appointment so we can see the unit and everytime he canceled our appointments because of his personal issues. We had our application fee with this guy and told him to process it after we see the unit and we don’t want to lose this unit because it’s close to our work.
