Great propery! Friendly and responsive management!
We stumbled on this property after looking at others in the area. After seeing several other properties, we chose this one because of it's convenient location in DTLA and price per sq. ft.
Property management is responsive, friendly, and has exceeded our expectations. They've been helpful from the initial tour through move-in.
There is a gym, and a couple of lounge areas. The lounge area on the top floor has a nice view north of downtown and the mountains. All exterior doors are locked with... electronic entry. And there is overnight security patrol.
If you're looking around DTLA, this place is definitely worth a tour.
