I had the pleasure and privilege to live here for the last 27 months while my permanent address was under rehabilitative construction, following a fire. From the first contact with Barbara and Paul, everything was handled expeditiously and with impeccable professionalism. I felt at home and safe from day 1. A welcome reprieve from the trauma of the fire. 10401 is regularly maintained and has the most responsive and respectful maintenance, security, and valet staff I’ve ever met. This building is wonderful in So many ways- I loved my apartment, the staff is kind and helpful and the leasing office (Barbara and Paul) are there for anything you need- they all feel like family. The location is also perfect- close to everything. You will truly feel like you’re home living here.

I lived at 10401 Wilshire for nearly 3 years and I can tell you it was such a pleasure. The premises are kept pristine, clean, & maintained. Any Maintainence issue is addressed within a day. All the staff & management are super friendly and helpful.
