I lived here for 2 years & it was my first time living in LA. The staff is incredible & friendly & the building is in such a great, central location! It really doesn’t get any better. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Lived at 10401 Wilshire for 1.5 Years — Here’s Why I’d Move Back Tomorrow

I lived in the charming 11 story, 150-unit high-rise at 10401 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90024 for 1.5 years, and it was easily one of the best rental experiences I've had in Los Angeles. The building dates back to the 1950s and has been exceptionally well maintained and managed over the years. The owners preserved all the original mid-century touches, which gives the place a wonderful vintage character and charm that you rarely find anymore. Nothing feels dated in a bad way. Instead, it... feels thoughtfully cared for and full of personality. Management stands out as a huge strength here. Paul and Barbara run things smoothly, and they are responsive, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Any issue I reported, from minor fixes to maintenance requests, got resolved within a day, which is impressive in this city. The entire staff matches that level of service. The front desk team, valet, and maintenance crew were always respectful, professional, and extremely eager to assist. It created a real sense of community and made daily life pleasant. The units themselves are clean and well-kept. What really sets this place apart are the fantastic views. The building sits at the naturally highest point along Wilshire Boulevard, offering sweeping panoramas over the city that feel elevated and expansive. Historically, this spot was notable as the corner where real estate speculators used the tower to survey and pick out parcels they wanted to develop in the area. That legacy adds an interesting layer to living here. All amenities come included, which is a nice bonus. The location could not be more convenient. You're perfectly positioned for quick access to Westwood, Century City, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and beyond. Everything feels close without the chaos of being right in the thick of traffic-heavy zones. Overall, if you're looking for a well-run, charming older building with top-notch service, incredible views, and a prime central location, this place delivers. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Exceptionally Well-Managed and a Pleasure to Live In!

From the very first day, this apartment building felt like home. It is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and exceptionally well managed, with a level of care that truly shows.

Incredible

I loved my time living at 10401 Wilshire Blvd. The building is beautifully maintained, quiet, and feels truly residential while still being in the heart of the city. ‘Little Pink Palace’ Just For You

I had the pleasure and privilege to live here for the last 27 months while my permanent address was under rehabilitative construction, following a fire. From the first contact with Barbara and Paul, everything was handled expeditiously and with impeccable professionalism. I felt at home and safe from day 1. A welcome reprieve from the trauma of the fire. 10401 is regularly maintained and has the most responsive and respectful maintenance, security, and valet staff I’ve ever met. The location and... neighborhood are more than convenient, they’re iconic and so fun to live in. Whenever an external event (very rare) would impact power or water, the team proactively and regularly updated us. Lastly, witnessing how the team lovingly and patiently communicates with all residents, including the elderly and ESL neighbors, is a detail that I will always remember. Gd bless 10401!
