This place is a living hell. I just moved out. The management is hell. They could care less about their tenants. Rents are constantly being raised. Nothing is fixed properly. The Poos are always filthy, pipes are constantly broken, there’s mildew in the apartments, your car will always be hit regardless of where you park, your mail is stolen often, washer and dryer are always broken and filthy….. the list goes on. Save your money and your time. You won’t be happy here. The long time tenants ares... stuck here because of the fees and prices. You won’t see a refund on your deposit no matter what. The owner could care less. Management is always turning. Trust me, there are better places to stay. Ps, me giving them a 1 star was generous.

Will be great one day... But not today...
Great Rossmoor neighborhood. Complex is undergoing a VERY SLOW major renovation. It will probably be 2019 before their done. The "boiler" water heater units are very loud and you probably won't be able to sleep unless you have hearing loss. The building is older, the renovations in units are nice but with the high prices, I wouldn't move in until it's done.

Great area, decent place
Located in a nice area. Great community. Surrounded by houses and parks. Medium sized gated apartment building. The apartments look like they're from the 80's... Very small exercise room, pool and Jacuzzi. Two gas BBQs by the pool. Quiet crowd, and there's a handful of rules to follow... Plenty of street parking, you get one assigned parking space. Downside: street sweeping every other Monday, so there is no parking on the streets (any of them) for a few hours, great if you work typical hours. ... Overall, good place and I enjoy living here. The school district is supposedly one of the best in OC.
