It’s okay but what I don’t like is the parking your family can’t even come visit because there is never parking

If you have the income, you most likely will be accepted. I was impressed that I was accepted for larger unit, so yeah, I’m grateful and I will tell individuals about it because it has security. The garbage has picked up. The front area is clean but some damages, but nothing that one cannot be that can’t you know fix I just overall like being here it’s quiet and I like that.

I've been a resident with Seaport Village, for thirteen years. I live among the most fascinating neighbors, here in North Long Beach; we get along as a community and Our office manager and team of maintenance, as well as office workers are amazing. I have no complaints nor problems, living Among any of workers or neighbors.

Overall it’s a good living no real issues, would recommend.

Things are fine with the exception of the move in. I didn’t appreciate the management not being available to sign the contract. Which lead me to having to find different helpers. Then the certain time to move in was very annoying.
