Orange Terrance Apt
I’ve been living at Orange Terrace Apartments for 5 months and I’ve been really confortable in this space. The apartments are cozy -good for a single person or a couple. I live on the 3rd floor and I have not been bothered by excessive noise. I think the courtyard is pretty and well-maintained. We have a manager on-site who is very approachable and does his best to keep the facilities running as well as create little social events for the tenants to build community. My favorite thing is how... pet-friendly the facility and tenants are; almost everyone has a pet. My biggest complaint is the parking. The complex has limited parking available for tenants, and parking on the street can be really difficult after work hours.

Amazing Place to live
I’ve had a really positive experience living here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.
The property manager, Jonathan is truly great. He is super friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
The building is maintained very clean at all times. Any maintenance issues are... resolved quickly. the property feels safe, and quiet. It’s a great place to live.

I’ve been here almost a year now. I’ve had such a great experience so far! Jonathan and the rest have been incredibly supportive and kind. The property looks great, and it’s so quiet. If you're looking for a place, this is it!!
