To anyone considering moving to this property, I strongly urge you to think twice before signing a lease.
My experience here has been overwhelmingly negative, especially when it comes to communication and issue resolution. Noise complaints and safety concerns are routinely ignored, and the garage has experienced multiple break-ins with no improvement in security. There is no on-site management, and all communication is handled via email—often with little to no response.
The property manager... has never even stepped foot on the premises. Danny, one of the leasing agents who lives on the property, is particularly unhelpful and clearly unhappy in his role. Unfortunately, this attitude reflects in how residents are treated. Once your lease is signed, any sense of support or service vanishes. Residents are left feeling neglected and frustrated.
This has been a deeply disappointing living experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place where they will feel safe, supported, and valued as a tenant. They need to terminate DANNY!!

RENTERS BEWARE!! Looks can be deceiving
Based on my personal experience, here's what you can expect:
BUILDING: While initially appealing, the construction quality is severely poor. Cheap materials and sloppy workmanship are evident throughout. My unit was unfinished upon move-in due to understaffing and poor management, resulting in paint splatters and neglected details that I had to fix myself. The frequent turnover of tenants speaks volumes about the actual living conditions..
NEIGHBORHOOD: Safety is a concern. Due to the... building's location, there's a noticeable presence of homeless and crime. Residents constantly report concerns about safety issues and disturbances. The building's garage experienced over a dozen break-ins despite tenants paying $100/month for secure parking. In addition, be aware that neighboring properties have dogs that are left outside and bark incessantly throughout the day, contributing to noise levels. Some residents have also reported experiencing harassment from a neighbor when walking their dogs on adjacent public property.
MANAGEMENT: Prospective tenants should be aware of the management practices. 'Danny' is adept at selling the property's potential and may make promises that are not fulfilled once you've signed the lease. I strongly advise getting everything in writing because what he says during the tour might not make its way in the lease and he will most likely under deliver as soon as you move in. Additionally, the maintenance on staff, Hector, is also the property manager, which is highly inefficient. He is severely overworked and lacks the support needed to address maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
If you're considering renting here, I urge you to thoroughly inspect every aspect of the unit and the building, ask detailed questions about the maintenance and upkeep protocols, and carefully document all agreements in writing. Ultimately, based on my experience, I made the decision not to live there- it simply wasn't worth the rent.
