It has a bad plumbing and black mold problem that hasn't been fixed yet .And work orders aren't being corrected as needed.Also there's always some one breaking in and entering my apartment.I been living there for 4 years and security is only time limited .After hours there is no security guard on the property..

Unprofessional management
The management is unprofessional and very nosey be careful shell try in act like she like you but she really doesn't shell do anything in her power to remove you from the apartments the husband is a creep there's perverts that live in the building so you see they don't really screen there tenants so becarful if you have children
