RJ was absolutely fantastic! His bubbly and outgoing personality made the tour not only informative but also really enjoyable. He was personable, approachable, and had a great sense of humor that put me at ease. RJ was also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly and making sure I had all the information I needed. I left the tour feeling confident and excited — he truly went above and beyond!

Kima was fantastic and showed us everything. She was extremely honest and up front about everything. Well maintained complex. Didn’t feel rushed and pressured into anything.

Leasing manager was very informative, knowledgeable, and transparent. The building is also beautiful and clean!

We had a mixed experience with the application process. The leasing office team itself was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and very pleasant to work with. However, the people above them, who seem to handle the document verification and approval, were unfortunately quite unprofessional and lacked basic understanding when it came to reviewing submitted documents.

They accepted bank statements without any issues, but when it came to our payroll documents, they said they "couldn't... understand the file" — instead of asking for a new upload or providing a working link, they simply gave up. We even offered to provide secure access through official payroll accounts (like Safe Account), but they refused to accept it.

Overall, it's frustrating that the higher-level processing team isn't as competent as the lovely staff in the leasing office. Hopefully, the management can improve this part of the process in the future.
