The community is great. The location is great as well. The staff is friendly and works with the residents to make sure everyone is comfortable. So far in the first 3 weeks we feel we made a great choice.

I have lived at Sol Terra for a year almost now and this has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had in the Coachella Valley. It is a perfect community to live in and it is centrally located to everything that you could possibly need for your home outside your home and just to enjoy yourself, entertainment, wise pampering yourself wise, there’s plenty of schools grocery stores restaurants it’s just an excellent place to live and the staff from the Property Manager to the assistance to... the maintenance are excellent .
