Yes,I been living her for 4 years and 5months. The area is always clean and also very quiet.The grass is always cut. Also the manager is very nice. He will work with you on any problems.This place is walking distance to the stores *Air conditioning and heat work perfect.When you need something fix they are there the next day. I have lived at my apartment complex for eight years, I am a veteran from the United States Army. I like that this apartment complex is family friendly, and the neighbors truly look out for each other. The only true complaint that I have is this place needs to be updated, and bombed for bugs because lately I have seen roaches. I feel like the owners raise the rent, but do nothing to improve our quality of living in the complex. The amenities that we have in the contract aren't their, we don't... have a recreation room and nor do we have a gym; the place is nice but it could be a much better place if the owners would only consider updating the apartments. The complex can also start doing some activities to show that they appreciate the tenants that have been with the company for long period of time! But overall I would tell others about this place, if there looking for a family friendly apartment and a safe environment. Read More
