Tastefully furnished and equipped with everything one needs from kitchen-wares and house linens to office equipment and beach-items, everything is ready for you to arrive and enjoy – just bring yourself and your personal belongings.

As for location, we’re perfectly situated between La Jolla Village and the charming Birdrock neighborhood and within easy walking, biking and of course, driving distance to both. Situated in a tranquil, pedestrian cul-de-sac just west of La Jolla Blvd., stroll the 1 1/4 blocks to Windansea beach in about 3 minutes or to any number of great neighborhood cafes and restaurants. Pacific Beach is just a 10-minute drive, La Jolla Shores about the same, Downtown San Diego and the Airport, about 20 minutes and so on. To the north, UCSD, Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Delmar, and the shopping mecca of UTC – all a quick drive away.

ROOM / AMENITY DETAIL – FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:

Roof-Deck – Top Level. At close to 300 sq. feet, the finished and furnished roof-deck is a luxurious retreat with open-water vistas as far as the eye can see. Accessible via a yacht-style retractable ladder and roof-hatch, the deck offers ample seating, dining, and lounging with your choice of sun or shade depending upon the time of day and your own inclination.

Master Suite – 2nd Level. A spacious south-west facing bedroom / bathroom with wonderful light and mountain / ocean views. King-size bed with luxurious Avocado certified organic mattress, large walk-in closet, and sparkling bathroom. Even a “bonus” view of palms and Pacific from the walk-in shower!

Office Suite – 2nd Level. An amazing space in which to work, create and communicate! A spacious, modern yet cozy area faces west with wonderful natural light and ocean / palm views from each and every window. Includes many built-ins, double-desk, printer/scanner, large-screen monitor, iHome radio and sit-down or stand-up options for your time on the computer. The adjoining, gleaming bathroom evokes the whites & blues of the Pacific. Another large walk-in closet offers abundant storage and organization whether for apparel, work materials, etc. Finally, for a little break or siesta or catching up on some good reading, an adjustable day bed is the perfect spot – of course with the Pacific stretching to the horizon.

Living Room – Main Level. A super comfortable and functional space incorporating recessed entertainment alcove with high-def smart TV, gas fireplace and built-in mirrored alcove with lower storage and upper display shelving for books, wine, photos, etc. Palm-tree views from westerly windows and over-sized entry panes. Natural light diffused through glass-block accents. Furnishings include sleek sectional, ceramic & oak coffee table, armchair and end-tables. An attractive powder room between living room and kitchen brings added convenience to the main floor.

Kitchen – Main Level. Stainless appliances highlight the glossy white cabinets and ocean-blue counter-tops for a colorful, contemporary and highly functional kitchen. Appliances include stacked oven-microwave combo, a separate smaller microwave, Bosch dishwasher, large side-by-side refrigerator with water filter / dispenser & icemaker, toaster, InstantPot, Nespresso machine, and small food processor. All cookware, glassware, dishware and utensils are provided. And still, another bonus view looking out on neighboring palm trees and mountains.

Dining Room – Main Level. A separate and intimate dining room, just off the kitchen along with a serving alcove, storage and coat-closet. And like other areas ample natural light flowing in from the south and west-facing windows. Easily seats six.

Guest Suite – Lower Level. A charming den and/or guest suite with double French doors leading to our private patio / garden, spacious closet and gleaming bathroom with large walk-in shower. Furnishings include queen sofa-bed, nesting tables, dresser and hi-def smart TV. Can easily be used as second office or workspace.

Patio – Lower Level. A delightful 500 sq. ft. fully fenced/gated and landscaped refuge for dining, lounging, and socializing, day or night. Evening lighting & heat-lamp extend the use of this great private space. A Weber natural gas grill that eliminates gas-tanks makes outdoor cooking efficient and painless.

Garage – Lower Level. Laundry alcove with washer / dryer, ample storage shelves and cabinets for personal and sporting gear and plenty of room for one or two vehicles depending upon size. Additional space for a single vehicle just outside of garage. Garage-door opens with both genie and key-pad with direct access into property.
