The apartment complex is small less than 30 units, but it was built in the 1950s. In the time I have lived there, there have been 5 managers and the turn over rate is very high. The current managers are very responsive and helpful. There is a small pool, which is always kept clean. There are only 2 washers and dryers for the entire complex and they are frequently broken. All units are a little outdated and have a lot of cracks in the walls. The windows are single pane and there is very little... insulation in the walls and ceilings, this allows the apartment to get very warm and you can hear EVERYTHING! There is a small wall mounted AC unit that cools a very small section of the living room. The dining room has a ceiling fan, that when placed on high wobbles so much it looks like it will fall off the ceiling. The outside of the complex needs to be painted and looks run down. Parking is very difficult. There is no guest parking and the street is frequently full. A permit is required from the City for overnight parking during the week.
