Happy 1 year to me at Stadium Park Apartments as of July 2025. My partner and I were looking for something affordable in a nice area with the most amenities for our buck. Gym, Pool Area, covered parking, gated property and all other essentials...check! Maintenance has always been super responsive and management has been also on point and easily accessible. Property Manager Nadia and her team are on it...just communicate any and all needs. I feel at home and now we have a 4 month old baby. We... feel safe, premises are are always quiet. Take a tour on a weekday and on a weekend day and you'll see the same quiet environment. Premises always being monitored/manicured by maintenance team, landscaping team and cleaning team. Trash dumpsters never over flowing due to timely/regular pick-ups. NOT TO mention quiet, caring, and very nice long term neighbors. No unit turn-over on my side. Ask for move-in specials. My unit has hardwood floors and was given a fresh paint job. bright white and nice attention to detail in my opinion. Disclosure, I can really only speak for my side which is the 84th Street side....but I drive around and take walks around the property....its always very quiet and no reoccurring police activity and as such. I'm from Mid City LA and my partner is from Inglewood...so were familiar with the area. It's not the Ritz.....but it's home. Glad to share my first hand review.
